Pick an article from last semester’s eMag (MUSE). What made it work? What made it not work? (250-300 words)

Pros:
- Nice interactive virtual toys — I'm a sucker for data visualisations, particularly the dynamic sort, and I find this very appealing.
- Immediate relevance to me — I commute on a somewhat regular basis, and am therefore naturally predisposed to read about improvements to my quality of life, however incremental and/or temporally distant.
- Due to its perhaps mundane nature, the material is very accessible: there are no abstruse intellectual arguments for me to lose track of while trying my level best not to fall asleep reading. This permits it to appeal to a broader audience than just cynical commuters like me.

- The use of infographics fulfils a dual purpose here: their use is extremely apposite, given that the objects of discussion (corresponding to loci in physical space) are far more easily represented graphically than in text; at the same time this also gives the magazine article intrinsic visual impact, which is useful in attracting attention and/or readers.
Cons:
- It's hard to see how this ties in with the whole intellectual responsibility thing, given that I can't really discern any position being taken here…
- Some things are broken
- The Tableau map is incredibly slow
- CLEMENTICENTRISM (#EastSideMasterRace)
- Reads suspiciously like a recycled ISM thinly disguised as an e-Magazine article
